Your tasks:
- Planning and coordination of internal departmental processes and responsible for their smooth implementation
- Internal and external communication
- Professional and disciplinary personnel management
- Supporting in quality assurance
- Assumption of responsibility for occupational health and safety in the area of responsibility
- Monitoring of system and process interfaces
- Inventory management including carrying out inventories
- Participation in projects related to logistical processes, site expansions or long-term process optimization
- Presentation of KPIs, development of cost-saving potential and implementation of the developed measures
- Optimization and stabilization of processes and increase in quality, performance and availability Compliance with and enforcement of management work instructions
- Compliance with and enforcement of safety regulations and legal requirements
