Your tasks:<\/p>\n
Advice and support for managers and employees in all personnel-related issues and concerns<\/p>\n
Support with labor and collective bargaining law issues<\/p>\n
Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and references<\/p>\n
Preparation and support with monthly payroll<\/p>\n
Cooperation with authorities and social insurance providers<\/p>\n
Creation of reports and statistics<\/p>\n
Participation in HR projects and continuous optimization of processes<\/p>\n
Your profile:<\/p>\n
A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in combination with further training in human resources and at least 5 years of professional experience<\/p>\n
Knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law is an advantage<\/p>\n
Experience in working with works councils and knowledge of works constitution law is an advantage<\/p>\n
High level of initiative, responsible and detail-oriented working style<\/p>\n
Strong organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n
Communication skills, diplomatic skills, teamwork skills and stress resistance<\/p>\n
Confident use of MS Office, human resources management systems and open to new digital tools (e.g. AI)<\/p>\n
