It offers a full range of air freight handling services from its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and its locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We have extensive warehouse and office space at our locations, most of which we use ourselves and some of which we rent out.

For our facility management department, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Technical Property Manager / Facility Manager to join our headquarters immediately.

Your tasks:

Preparation, commissioning, review and compliance with repair work and conversion measures; management and monitoring of services performed by subcontractors

Timely execution of regularly recurring maintenance and inspections

Processing tickets and maintaining master data/data in the CAFM system

Communication with tenants, clients and subcontractors

Invoice review and approval, documentation and filing

Your profile:

Completed technical or vocational training

Professional experience in technical building management is desirable.

Good knowledge of German

Good user skills in MS Office; experience with a CAFM system is an advantage.

Class B driving license
