The CHI Group, a family-owned company, is a leading provider of air freight logistics services. At its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, as well as its branches in Munich, Nuremberg, Hamburg, and Amsterdam, we offer a full portfolio of air freight handling products and services. We're not looking for a typical assistant – we're looking for someone who not only organizes but anticipates needs, who acts directly yet thoughtfully, who manages effectively, and who is always one step ahead of our management. You are not only exceptionally organized but also understand how to grasp complex situations, prioritize effectively, and skillfully navigate the right dynamics. If you want to work in a dynamic, international air freight logistics environment and be the right hand of the management team, then you've come to the right place. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for our headquarters at Frankfurt Airport, starting immediately, on a permanent, full-time basis. Your responsibilities: You will manage the management office at the highest level – proactively, discreetly, with a high degree of precision, and efficiently. In a complex daily environment, you maintain a clear overview of all appointments, deadlines, and topics, and follow up on them. You act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders – reliable, confident, and always solution-oriented. You prepare decision-making documents and presentations, both in terms of content and visuals – with a keen sense of tone, impact, and accuracy. You take on special projects, coordinate strategic topics, and ensure smooth processes within the executive area. You think proactively, anticipate needs, and address issues before they need to be raised. You are characterized by your teamwork skills and a practical, goal-oriented work style. Your profile: Completed commercial training, training in office communication, as a legal or notary assistant, or a university degree. More important to us, however, is your personality, your own ambition, and your experience. Several years of experience in a senior assistant role, ideally at the executive or board level. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, in German and English. A high degree of personal responsibility, discretion, loyalty, and decisiveness. Organizational talent and resilience. A keen sense for people, situations, and nuances. High level of technical proficiency (MS Office, video conferencing, CRM systems). Professionalism and teamwork skills.
