To strengthen our team, we are looking for 3 Supervisors (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. Your responsibilities: • You manage the daily operations of air freight. • You lead coordinators and develop your team. • You ensure compliance with aviation security, customs, dangerous goods, and quality standards. • You coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, authorities, and internal departments. • You optimize processes and support transformation projects. • You are responsible for occupational safety and compliance. Your qualifications: • Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or air transport. • At least 5 years of professional experience in air freight. • At least 2 years of management experience. • Knowledge of aviation security, customs, and IATA-DGR. • German C1, English B2. • Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a willingness to embrace change.
