Your tasks during the training:
- Creation of Consol Air Waybills (MAWBs) in our modern forwarding program for proper documentation of air freight transports.
- Planning and coordinating truck transports to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Communication with international customers, branches, service providers and airlines to ensure smooth logistical processes.
- Monitoring customer shipments and appointments to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Creation of shipping accompanying documents (T1, T2, etc.) for onward transport to other airports.
- Maintaining relevant data in our forwarding program to ensure that the information is up to date.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as support in managing payment processes.
Your profile:
- A good school leaving certificate (secondary school or high school diploma).
- Interest in logistics, forwarding and international communication.
- Organizational talent and quick comprehension.
- team spirit and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English for international communication, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Carefulness in dealing with numbers and a precise way of working.
