In the Planning department (m/f/d) you are responsible for operational demand planning as well as the scheduling of shipments, resources and capacities in air freight replacement transport.

Your responsibilities include proactively analyzing demand and availability to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information. You will work closely with our customers, external partners, and related departments within our company, and your structured approach will contribute to process optimization.

Main tasks:

• Daily planning of shipments / vehicles

• Communication with our customers, e.g. about shipment details and status updates

• Analysis and optimization of routes and utilization

• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure smooth operations

• Documentation of planned processes in IT systems

Requirements:

• Training in logistics/freight forwarding is an advantage

• Several years of experience in tour planning, ideally in the field of air freight

• Route knowledge

• Good IT skills, especially planning tools

• Unrestricted availability for shifts (24/7)
