We offer an exciting job with state-of-the-art technologies and are looking for an IT Project Manager to strengthen our team immediately on a full-time and permanent basis.
Your tasks:
Initiation, planning and execution of IT projects within the CHI Group; as IT project manager, you will be responsible for time, budget and quality.
They optimize processes with a focus on digitalization, identify problems and potential for improvement, and develop solutions for these.
They form the bridge between operational users and our agile development teams and participate in sprint reviews.
They are responsible for selection procedures for standard software and create decision templates.
They manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers and always keep an eye on dependencies between the various components.
As an IT project manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the roll-out and commissioning of your solutions and work closely with the operational managers.
They measure the success of their projects using appropriate key performance indicators and regularly present their results at the management level.
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable degree or professional experience
At least three years of experience in project management; certification according to common standards (PMI, etc.) is an advantage.
The ability to understand even complex relationships, to penetrate them and reduce them to their core, and to make them easily accessible to third parties.
Excellent communication skills to guide all stakeholders in the right direction, even in complex situations.
Independent and solution-oriented work style
Enjoyment of teamwork and a positive attitude towards agile methodologies.
Relevant professional experience in logistics, ideally air freight, is an advantage.
Excellent German skills (at least level B2); fluent English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
