Commercial Property Management Employee (m/f/d) Frankfurt - Immediate start, full-time, permanent position. The CHI Group, a family-owned company, is a leading provider of logistics services in the air freight sector. At its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, as well as at its locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Hamburg, and Amsterdam, we offer a full range of air freight handling services. We have extensive warehouse and office space at our locations, most of which we use ourselves, while some is leased out. For our Facility Management department, we are seeking a Commercial Property Management Employee to join our headquarters immediately on a full-time, permanent basis. Your responsibilities: Communication with owners, service providers, and authorities; maintenance of master data and monitoring of contract durations, adherence to option and notice periods; implementation of rent increases (indexation/graduated rents); drafting of leases and usage agreements; review and preparation of operating and utility cost statements; acceptance and handover of rental units; tenant support and monitoring of property condition; close collaboration with the technical property management team. Your profile: Completed commercial training, comparable qualification, or a convincing talent as a career changer; ideally, professional experience in property management; very good MS Office skills; preferably basic knowledge of commercial tenancy law; structured and results-oriented work style; high degree of initiative and commitment; independent and team-oriented work style.
