It offers a full range of air freight handling services from its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and its locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We have extensive warehouse and office space at our locations, most of which we use ourselves and some of which we rent out. For our facility management department, we are now seeking a full-time, permanent Technical Facility Manager.

Your tasks:

Control and monitoring of services performed by subcontractors Timely

Carrying out regular maintenance and inspections

Processing tickets in the CAFM system

Communication with tenants, clients and subcontractors Documentation and filing

Your profile:

Completed technical or vocational training

3 years of professional experience in technical property management is desirable

Further training in technical building management is an advantage

Good knowledge of German

Good user knowledge of MS Office

Experience with a CAFM system is an advantage Driving license Class B
