For our facility management department, we are now looking for a full-time, permanent property management employee.<\/p>\n
Your tasks:<\/p>\n
Preparation of rental agreements, addenda and usage agreements
Monitoring of contract terms, compliance with notice and option periods
Implementation of rent increases (indexation, graduated rents, etc.)
Review and preparation of operating and utility cost statements
Recording and processing of defect reports\u00a0
Communication with owners, service providers and authorities

Your profile:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with a focus on real estate
2 years of professional experience in property management
Basic knowledge of commercial tenancy law
Very good knowledge and expression of German
Very good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
Experience with a CAFM system is an advantage
Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people
