As part of our succession plan, we are seeking a Head of Air Freight and Packaging to gradually assume the technical and organizational management of the Packaging department.<\/p>\n
Your tasks:<\/p>\n
Focus on dangerous goods packaging \/ wooden packaging<\/p>\n
Responsibility for planning and coordination of internal departmental processes and their smooth implementation<\/p>\n
Taking over commercial and business management tasks<\/p>\n
Training and professional instruction of new employees<\/p>\n
Personnel management and ensuring optimal personnel planning<\/p>\n
Communication with customers, manufacturers and suppliers<\/p>\n
Inventory management including inventory and order processing Support in quality assurance and product development<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Your profile:<\/p>\n
Successfully completed training or many years of professional experience<\/p>\n
Dangerous goods training categories A, B and F required<\/p>\n
Manual skills, logical thinking and organizational skills<\/p>\n
leadership experience<\/p>\n
Communication skills, team player and assertiveness<\/p>\n
Customer and process-oriented action<\/p>\n
High degree of independence, self-responsible working style and resilience when working under time pressure<\/p>\n
Willingness to work 2-shifts and weekends<\/p>\n
Good written and spoken German skills and basic knowledge of English<\/p>\n
Confident handling of PC-based IT applications<\/p>\n
