For our facility management department, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Technical Property Manager \/ Facility Manager to join our headquarters immediately.<\/p>\n

Your tasks:<\/p>\n
Preparation, commissioning, review and compliance with repair work and conversion measures; management and monitoring of services performed by subcontractors<\/p>\n
Timely execution of regularly recurring maintenance and inspections<\/p>\n
Processing tickets and maintaining master data\/data in the CAFM system<\/p>\n
Communication with tenants, clients and subcontractors<\/p>\n
Invoice review and approval, documentation and filing<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Your profile:<\/p>\n
Completed technical or vocational training<\/p>\n
Professional experience in technical building management is desirable.<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of German<\/p>\n
Good user skills in MS Office; experience with a CAFM system is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Class B driving license<\/p>\n
Teamwork, resilience and organizational talent<\/p>\n
