Your tasks:<\/p>\n
They organize, support, and relieve the management by independently handling the tasks at hand and always have an overview of all deadlines and issues.
They plan and coordinate appointments as well as the preparation and follow-up of meetings and events.
They arrange business trips and are responsible for the management's travel expense reports.
They act as an interface for internal and external stakeholders.
They prepare decision-making documents and presentations in terms of content and visuals.
They provide support for strategic projects and independently carry out special projects.
They work with a high degree of precision and reliability.<\/p>\n
Your profile:<\/p>\n
A completed commercial apprenticeship, an apprenticeship in office communication, as a legal and notary assistant, or a completed university degree.
Several years of experience in a senior assistant role, ideally at the executive level
Excellent communication skills as well as excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
A high degree of personal responsibility, discretion, loyalty, precision, and decisiveness.
Organizational talent, proactive, solution-oriented, resilient
Teamwork skills and a practical, goal-oriented work style
Technical affinity (MS Office, video conferencing, CRM systems)
