We are looking for a (Junior) Business Development Manager to start immediately on a full-time and permanent basis.<\/p>\n
Your mission:<\/p>\n
In your role as (Junior) Business Development Manager, you will actively shape our company's future. This means:<\/p>\n
You will work closely with management on M&A projects and strategic initiatives \u2013 both nationally and internationally.
\nYou develop expansion strategies, analyze new markets, and evaluate location and investment potential.
\nYou observe trends, create well-founded business cases and derive clear recommendations for our growth projects.
\nYou will provide support in post-merger integrations and turnaround management, derive optimization measures, and implement them in a targeted manner.
\nTogether with our Legal Department, you will evaluate new ventures and ensure structural security in growth processes.
\nYou design and moderate workshops with management and key stakeholders.
\nAs part of sales and customer projects, you will develop professional company and product presentations.
\nYou will act as an in-house consultant and be responsible for projects to further develop the company.<\/p>\n
Your skill set:<\/p>\n
A bachelor's or preferably master's degree in business administration, economics, business law, marketing, logistics or a similar field
\nInitial professional experience in business development, consulting, corporate development or comparable fields
\nBasic knowledge of the air freight industry and an interest in delving deeply into this topic.
\nExcellent PowerPoint skills for creating convincing, audience-appropriate presentations.
\nStrong Excel skills (IF, VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)
\nExcellent German skills and good English skills \u2013 all nationalities welcome.
\nWillingness to travel and desire to get to know different countries, locations and customers
