LUG aircargo handling GmbH is part of the Dettmer Group, a family-run, medium-sized logistics company. We provide freight handling services at the Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Munich airports. On behalf of leading airlines, we handle air freight for both import and export, offering an attractive range of high-quality services. At our largest location at Frankfurt Airport, we currently have the following interesting positions available:<\/p>\n

Documentation Officer (m\/f\/d) <\/strong><\/p>\n

Here's what you can expect from us: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Processing and handling of export and import documentation, including electronic data entry in the freight handling system
\u2022 Ensuring and complying with airline-specific requirements and legal regulations
\u2022 Communication and correspondence with airlines, customers and internal interfaces
\u2022 Compliance with all customs and dangerous goods regulations
\u2022 Supporting operational processes in flight handling
\u2022 Billing of special services
\u2022 Taking on further appropriate duties \/ special tasks as instructed by superiors<\/p>\n

You should bring the following:
<\/strong>
\u2022 Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an air transport clerk or similar
\u2022 Knowledge of documentary air freight handling as well as the Hermes handling system and airline-specific programs is an advantage.
\u2022 Extensive experience in dealing with customers and a service-oriented approach \u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and a careful and systematic work style
\u2022 User knowledge in the use of modern office communication tools and IT systems
\u2022 Suitability for shift work (early, late and night shifts)
\u2022 Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
\u2022 Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written
\u2022 Teamwork skills, reliability, flexibility and initiative
\u2022 Resilience and sense of responsibility<\/p>\n
