Spanning over 9,000 square meters, the PCF offers temperature-controlled services 24\/7, 365 days a year, in 20 different climate zones tailored to specific product groups. Approximately 120 employees ensure smooth operations and a continuous cold chain.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring, monitoring, and continuously improving our quality and hygiene standards. You will make a significant contribution to ensuring the sustainable compliance with all relevant internal regulations as well as external norms and standards in the operational environment. You will act with a high degree of personal responsibility, a strong quality awareness, and in close collaboration with management and the central Quality Management department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with and ongoing monitoring of all requirements from the quality management and hygiene manual<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and assurance of compliance with the requirements of the currently valid IFS Logistics Standard <br \/>Maintenance, control and continuous updating of all controlled documents within the quality management system<\/li>\n<li>Identification of quality- and damage-related weaknesses and initiation of suitable preventive and corrective measures<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance, monitoring and further development of the HACCP system<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of suitable measures to protect foodstuffs in the sense of consistent and effective hygiene practices<\/li>\n<li>Development, monitoring and implementation of process-oriented targets within the framework of the continuous improvement process<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in the further development and optimization of the quality management system<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular quality checks and internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Creation, revision and implementation of procedures and work instructions in coordination with the central quality management department.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, support and management of internal and external audits<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Taking on the role in the area of food defense, including the implementation and monitoring of appropriate security measures.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for audits and certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>As part of your role, you will coordinate and support the following audits and standards in particular:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IFS Logistics<br \/>CEIV<br \/>GDP<br \/>ORGANIC<br \/>MSC<br \/>Energy Audit<br \/>Nagel-Group internal audit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully completed vocational training or studies related to quality management, food, logistics, hygiene or a comparable field.<\/li>\n<li>Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the areas of logistics, food safety or temperature-controlled services.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of HACCP, hygiene requirements, audit management and quality-relevant processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with IFS Logistics; knowledge of other relevant standards and certifications is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Structured, analytical and independent work style<\/li>\n<li>Strong process and solution orientation as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Confident handling of interfaces and the ability to sustainably embed quality requirements within the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A responsible position with high visibility and relevance to the company&#039;s success<\/li>\n<li>A diverse field of work with room for initiative and professional development<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to actively develop and sustainably shape quality, hygiene, and compliance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Short decision-making processes and close cooperation with management and central departments.<\/li>\n<li>A professional working environment in a quality-oriented company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then we look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you.<\/p>\n<p>PCF Perishable Center GmbH &amp; Co.
