Your tasks
\nAs a Data Analyst (m\/f\/d) at CHI, you will work closely with departments such as management, controlling, operations and warehouse management, and support data-driven decisions along our logistics processes.<\/p>\n
Development of dashboards, reports and KPI solutions to support operational and strategic decisions.
\nAnalysis of business processes and identification of optimization and automation potential.
\nConducting ad-hoc analyses and investigating causes and correlations in company data
\nClose collaboration with specialist departments to capture, structure and translate requirements into analytical solutions
\nUse of modern data and AI-supported tools to create analyses and decision-making tools.
\nCritical validation and quality assurance of analysis results, including AI-generated insights.
\nSupport in building a data-driven corporate culture and promoting data competence within the specialist departments
\nYour profile
\nCompleted studies in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification
\nAt least 2 years of professional experience in the field of data analytics, business intelligence or reporting.
\nExperience in developing dashboards and reports with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or comparable BI tools
\nStrong business acumen and the ability to mediate between specialist departments and technical teams.
\nHigh level of initiative, independent work style and structured problem-solving skills
\nExperience in conducting exploratory analyses and deriving recommendations for action.
\nExcellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
\nSafe handling of modern AI-supported analysis and productivity tools
\nAbility to critically evaluate and professionally classify the results of AI systems
\nBasic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
\nExperience in logistics, air freight, supply chain or finance is a plus.
