Your mission<\/p>\n
In this role, you are an important part of our daily administrative and accounting business.<\/p>\n
You ensure that customer accounts, invoices, reports and related communication are processed cleanly, reliably and on time.<\/p>\n
You will support the accounting department, especially in the preparation of invoices and credit notes.<\/p>\n
You maintain customer accounts, check open transactions and ensure that information is fully and comprehensibly documented.<\/p>\n
You compile statistics, maintain reports, and thereby create transparency for internal decisions.<\/p>\n
You handle customer inquiries and complaints in a service-oriented, reliable and solution-oriented manner.<\/p>\n
You will handle written and telephone correspondence with customers and internal contacts.<\/p>\n
You will take care of administrative tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail, appointment preparation, guest services and research activities.<\/p>\n
