We are looking for a Cargo Coordinator for our airline handling operations.<\/p>\n
Your mission:
\nYour job as Cargo Coordinator gives you a key role in our operations:<\/p>\n
You coordinate the processes between the warehouse, documentation, truck dispatch, NF\u00dcP (National Transportation Planning and Development) and the apron, ensuring a smooth flow of information and goods. You always keep an eye on available resources and SLA (Service Level Agreement) times \u2013 our quality promise to the customer.
\nYou are responsible for the acceptance of the built units (ULDs) and check them for their suitability for flight (Fit-to-Fly-Check) as well as compliance with quality standards.
\nYou will supervise our flights on the apron and ensure proper operational procedures on the aircraft.
\nYou ensure the transport of documents between the apron position and the documentation area and guarantee timely handover.
\nYou will carry out field service activities on behalf of the documentation department and support them with operational tasks.
\nYou will take on tasks in airline documentation as needed, thus contributing to ensuring stable operations.
\nYou will be responsible for managing the ULDs of our airline customers. This includes, in particular, physical and system-based inventory, storage, and verification of airworthiness.<\/p>\n
Your skill set:
\nYou already have experience in air freight \u2013 ideally in handling, trucking or dispatching.
\nYou have successfully completed your training.
\nYou impress with a well-groomed, confident appearance as well as a friendly and open demeanor.
\nA strong customer and service orientation is a matter of course for you.
\nFurthermore, you are characterized by resilience, reliability and diligence, and you enjoy working in a team.
\nYour strong communication skills help you to keep track of things even in stressful situations.
\nFlexibility is not a foreign concept to you \u2013 you are suitable for shift work and are willing to work in a dynamic environment.
\nIf you already have a security clearance (Z\u00dcP), aviation security training 11.2.3.9 and\/or dangerous goods training, please bring it with you.<\/p>\n
