To strengthen our team, we are looking for two full-time Import & Export Documentation Specialists (m\/f\/d) to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities include: \u2022 Independent and proper processing (manifestation, customs, air cargo security) of assigned flights, ensuring timely and customer-oriented handling \u2022 Comparing freight documents with IT data, making corrections in case of discrepancies, and checking dangerous goods or special shipments \u2022 Compiling all flight-related documents and data and transmitting them to the relevant stations \u2022 Creating and monitoring loading instructions according to specifications, forwarding them to the responsible Flight Owner (m\/f\/d), and recording them in SCOPE \u2022 Creating VCT tickets for trucks \u2022 Coordinating with the loading and unloading crew to ensure compliance with processing guidelines \u2022 Ensuring ramp customs clearance of freight shipments \u2022 Processing information, orders, and inquiries from customers (m\/f\/d), authorities, and FCS departments, and providing information upon request \u2022 Data entry in the airlines' systems.
