Your responsibilities: Managing and executing the entire recruiting process from requirements gathering to contract offer; developing and implementing target group-specific search strategies, as well as creating and optimizing attractive job advertisements; identifying and directly contacting suitable talent via LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant recruiting channels, as well as building sustainable talent pools; conducting structured interviews and professionally evaluating candidates using appropriate selection methods; advising and supporting specialist departments and hiring managers throughout the entire selection process, as well as closely coordinating personnel requirements, market trends, and staffing strategies; ensuring a positive candidate experience, analyzing relevant recruiting KPIs, and continuously optimizing recruiting processes. Your profile: Completed degree with a focus on human resources management, psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification; at least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally with experience in industrial or blue-collar recruiting; sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, active sourcing, candidate selection, and social media recruiting; sound practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in recruiting and applicant management. Experience in employer branding, general equal treatment (AGG), and data protection; experience working with the works council is desirable. Strong communication and consulting skills, analytical thinking, a willingness to embrace change, and openness to innovative recruiting approaches.
