To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Recruiter to start immediately, full-time and on a permanent basis. <\/p>\n
Tasks:
\nIndependent management of the entire recruiting process for industrial and commercial positions, from needs assessment to contract signing.
\nCreation and publication of job advertisements on suitable recruiting channels
\nActive sourcing via business networks and other relevant platforms
\nReviewing application documents and conducting pre-selection interviews
\nPlanning, organization and conducting interviews
\nProfessional support and guidance for applicants throughout the entire selection process.
\nClose collaboration with specialist departments, managers, service providers and authorities in filling open positions
\nDevelopment of target group-specific recruiting strategies for skilled workers, industrial employees and commercial functions
\nMaintenance and continuous optimization of applicant management
\nBuilding and maintaining talent pools for different professional groups
\nParticipation in recruitment events and presentation of the company at job fairs
\nOnboarding and offboarding activities; creation of training plans in coordination with the department and conducting exit interviews.
\nParticipation in HR projects<\/p>\n
Profile:
\nSuccessfully completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification
\nSeveral years of professional experience in recruiting industrial and\/or commercial employees and talent acquisition
\nKnowledge of modern recruiting methods and selection procedures
\nSafe handling of digital recruiting tools and social networks
\nExcellent communication and organizational skills
\nHigh service orientation and professional demeanor
\nIndependent and structured work style
