News from the Hub Performance competence team:
\nNew working mode<\/h3>\n

In the Hub Performance competence team, our members deal with the Operational Excellence at FRA<\/strong>The focus is on the standardization and precise definition of processes, interfaces, and milestones in the import and export process of freight.<\/p>\n

To Improving collaboration<\/strong> The working mode for the task force group is changing with immediate effect. The members have agreed on a 4-week work cycle, which is as follows:<\/p>\n

A new approach is currently being developed to standardize the "Latest Acceptance Time (LAT)" process milestone for exports. The goal is to define the LAT time as uniformly as possible for the site to ensure process reliability and predictability at the site. This represents one of several work streams that also contribute to improved slot booking at CargoCity South.<\/p>\n
