We are looking for a Project Manager for our airline handling department.

Your mission:

In your job as Project Manager, you will become an active shaper of our company's future.
That means:

You are in overall charge of the Lift-Off program for the further development of the company.
You are responsible for projects aimed at optimizing operations and performance.
You will be involved in growth initiatives such as M&A activities and the development of new locations.
You will support the branch management in handling operational matters.
You observe trends, create well-founded business cases and derive clear recommendations for our growth projects.
You design and moderate workshops with management and key stakeholders.
As part of sales and customer projects, you will develop professional company and product presentations.

Your skill set:

A bachelor's or preferably master's degree in business administration, economics, business law, logistics or a similar field.
Initial professional experience in operations, project management, consulting or comparable fields.
Basic knowledge of the air freight industry and an interest in delving deeply into this topic.
Excellent PowerPoint skills for creating convincing, audience-appropriate presentations.
Strong Excel skills (IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
Excellent German skills and good English skills – all nationalities are welcome.
Willingness to travel and a desire to get to know different countries, locations and customers.
A performance mentality: You are hands-on, want to grow quickly, take on responsibility and are willing to go the extra mile.
