Your responsibilities: Strategic consulting: Equal partnership with managers on HR matters; Performance management: Supporting the PAM process (goal setting, feedback, annual reviews); L&D cooperation: Identifying development needs and implementing training measures; Compensation & Benefits: Supporting salary and bonus processes; SuccessFactors & Compliance: Implementing HR systems and ensuring legally compliant processes. Your profile: Degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable field (HR focus). Knowledge: HR processes, performance management, labor law, SAP SuccessFactors; Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills; Experience: At least 5 years in the HR field, ideally with consulting experience; Languages: German (C1), English (B2).
