To strengthen our team, we are looking for two full-time Import & Export Documentation Specialists (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities include: • Independent and proper processing (manifestation, customs, air cargo security) of assigned flights, ensuring timely and customer-oriented handling • Comparing freight documents with IT data, making corrections in case of discrepancies, and checking dangerous goods or special shipments • Compiling all flight-related documents and data and transmitting them to the relevant stations • Creating and monitoring loading instructions according to specifications, forwarding them to the responsible Flight Owner (m/f/d), and recording them in SCOPE • Creating VCT tickets for trucks • Coordinating with the loading and unloading crew to ensure compliance with processing guidelines • Ensuring ramp customs clearance of freight shipments • Processing information, orders, and inquiries from customers (m/f/d), authorities, and FCS departments, and providing information upon request • Data entry in the airlines' systems. Qualifications: • Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field related to freight forwarding/air transport. • At least 2 years of practical experience in air freight handling • Ability to work rotating shifts (early/late/night shifts) • Valid dangerous goods certificate (personnel category 7/8) • Comprehensive knowledge of physical and documentary air freight handling • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Fluent German, both written and spoken (minimum level B2) • Computer skills: MS Office and SCOPE • Strong customer and service orientation, resilient under pressure We offer you: As a future-oriented company, FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH offers its employees performance-based compensation (including vacation and Christmas bonuses) with comprehensive social benefits, individual onboarding, and targeted development opportunities.
