Your tasks
As a Data Analyst (m/f/d) at CHI, you will work closely with departments such as management, controlling, operations and warehouse management, and support data-driven decisions along our logistics processes.
Development of dashboards, reports and KPI solutions to support operational and strategic decisions.
Analysis of business processes and identification of optimization and automation potential.
Conducting ad-hoc analyses and investigating causes and correlations in company data
Close collaboration with specialist departments to capture, structure and translate requirements into analytical solutions
Use of modern data and AI-supported tools to create analyses and decision-making tools.
Critical validation and quality assurance of analysis results, including AI-generated insights.
Support in building a data-driven corporate culture and promoting data competence within the specialist departments
Your profile
Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of data analytics, business intelligence or reporting.
Experience in developing dashboards and reports with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or comparable BI tools
Strong business acumen and the ability to mediate between specialist departments and technical teams.
High level of initiative, independent work style and structured problem-solving skills
Experience in conducting exploratory analyses and deriving recommendations for action.
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
Safe handling of modern AI-supported analysis and productivity tools
Ability to critically evaluate and professionally classify the results of AI systems
Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Experience in logistics, air freight, supply chain or finance is a plus.
Knowledge of modern cloud and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) is welcome.
