To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Operational Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. Your tasks: Support and management of the operational requirements of defined key accounts in close cooperation with internal departments. SPOC function for customers in operational questions, escalations and acute service disruptions with a focus on sustainable and professional solutions. Ensuring that customer-specific service level agreements are adhered to and implemented through customer understanding and analysis. Implementation and monitoring of KPIs, maintenance and development of customer relationships, and ensuring service quality. Close collaboration with relevant FCS departments, quality assurance, and customs for smooth processes. Organization and management of customer and operational meetings, as well as coordination of the planning and preparation of customer audits in accordance with the Way of Working Service Delivery to ensure transparent communication. Monitoring, evaluation, and presentation of operational topics and key performance indicators, as well as reports for internal and external stakeholders. Identification and implementation of operational improvements. Preparation and coordination of customer audits according to WoW SD. Your profile: Completed vocational training in the logistics/air freight sector with at least 3 years of experience in the service and logistics industry, ideally in customer service or operational account management or ground handling. Knowledge of operational processes, airline/cargo systems, SOP/manual management, ideally in an international context. Proficient use of reporting tools (KPI/SLA tracking), documentation systems (e.g., QMS, CRM), IT systems (e.g., SAP).
