We're looking for an Executive Assistant for our headquarters at Frankfurt Airport, starting immediately, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your tasks:
You manage the management office at the highest level – proactively, discreetly and efficiently.
In a complex day-to-day business, you always keep an overview of all appointments, deadlines and topics.
They act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders – binding, confident and always solution-oriented.
You prepare decision-making bases and presentations in terms of content and appearance – with the right feel for tone and impact.
You will take on special projects, coordinate strategic issues and ensure smooth processes in the executive area.
They think along, ahead and further and address things before they need to be addressed.
You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your practical, goal-oriented approach to work.
Your profile:
A completed commercial apprenticeship, an apprenticeship in office communications, or a university degree are ideal. However, what's more important to us is your personality, your own standards, and your experience.
Several years of experience in senior management positions, ideally at management or board level. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, in German and English.
A high degree of personal responsibility, discretion, loyalty and decisiveness. Organizational talent, resilience. A keen sense for people, situations and nuances.
High degree of technical affinity (MS Office, video conferencing, CRM systems).
