As a family-owned company, the CHI Group is a leading provider of logistics services in the air freight sector and offers the entire product portfolio for air freight handling at its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and at locations in Munich, Nuremberg, Hamburg and Amsterdam.
We are not looking for a traditional assistant – we are looking for that one person who not only organizes but also anticipates, who does not ask what needs to be done but acts directly yet thoughtfully, who steers confidently and is one decisive step ahead of our management.
Not only are you excellently organized, but you also understand how to think about complex issues, set priorities, and pull the right strings with sensitivity.
If you want to work in a dynamic, international air freight logistics environment and be the right hand of the management team, then you've come to the right place. We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our headquarters at Frankfurt Airport, starting immediately, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your tasks:
They manage the executive office at the highest level – proactively, discreetly, with a high degree of precision and efficiency.
In a complex daily business environment, they always keep track of all appointments, deadlines and topics and follow up.
They act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders – binding, confident and always solution-oriented.
They prepare decision-making documents and presentations in terms of content and visuals – with the right sense for tone, impact and accuracy.
You will take on special projects, coordinate strategic issues and ensure smooth processes in the executive area.
They think along, ahead and further and address things before they need to be addressed.
You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your practical, goal-oriented approach to work.
Your profile:
A completed commercial apprenticeship, training in office communication, as a legal and notary assistant, or a university degree.
However, your personality, your own ambitions and your experience are more important to us.
Several years of experience in a senior assistant role, ideally at the management or board level
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral, in German and English
A high degree of personal responsibility, discretion, loyalty, and decisiveness.
Organizational skills, resilience
A keen sense for people, situations, and nuances
High level of technical proficiency (MS Office, video conferencing, CRM systems)
Professionalism and teamwork
