Responsibilities: Independent management of the entire recruiting process for industrial and commercial positions, from needs assessment to contract signing. Creation and publication of job advertisements on suitable recruiting channels. Active sourcing via business networks and other relevant platforms. Review of application documents and conducting pre-selection interviews. Planning, organization, and execution of interviews. Professional support and guidance for applicants throughout the entire selection process. Close collaboration with specialist departments, managers, service providers, and authorities in filling open positions. Development of target group-specific recruiting strategies for skilled workers, industrial employees, and commercial functions. Maintenance and continuous optimization of applicant management. Building and maintaining talent pools for different professional groups. Participation in recruitment events and representation of the company at job fairs. Onboarding and offboarding activities; creation of training plans in coordination with the department and conducting exit interviews. HR Project Participation Profile: Successfully completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in recruiting, including industrial and/or commercial employees, and talent acquisition. Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and selection procedures. Proficient use of digital recruiting tools and social networks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong service orientation and professional demeanor. Independent and structured work style. Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
