Your tasks:

  • Planung und Koordination von abteilungsinternen Abläufen und verantwortlich für deren reibungslose Umsetzung
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Personalführung
  • Unterstützend in Qualitätssicherung
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz im Verantwortungsbereich

  • Darstellung von KPIs, Erarbeitung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzial und Umsetzung der entwickelten Maßnahmen
  • Optimierung und Stabilisierung der Prozesse sowie Steigerung der Qualität, Leistung und Verfügbarkeit Einhaltung und Durchsetzung von Arbeitsanweisungen der Geschäftsleitung
  • Einhaltung und Durchsetzung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
