To strengthen our team, we are looking for 3 full-time employees to start as soon as possible. 

Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You manage the day-to-day operations of air freight.
• You lead coordinators and develop your team.
• You ensure compliance with air security, customs, dangerous goods and quality standards.
• You coordinate airlines, freight forwarders, authorities and internal departments.
• You optimize processes and support transformation projects.
• You are responsible for occupational safety and compliance.

Your qualifications

• Completed training in the field of logistics, freight forwarding or air transport.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in air freight.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of aviation security, customs and IATA-DGR.
• German C1, English B2.
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and willingness to change.
