MAIN TASKS

• Operational tour planning and daily vehicle scheduling
• Communication with customers regarding shipment details, status updates and special requests
• Analysis and optimization of routes, capacities and utilization
• Collaboration with adjacent departments to ensure smooth operations
• Documentation and maintenance of planned processes in the IT system

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training in logistics, forwarding or similar (desirable)
• Several years of experience in tour planning, ideally in international long-distance transport
• Knowledge of the airport environment is an advantage
• In-depth route knowledge
• Confident use of common planning tools and MS Office
• Unrestricted willingness to work shifts (24/7)
