Your mission

In this role, you are an important part of our daily administrative and accounting business.

You ensure that customer accounts, invoices, reports and related communication are processed cleanly, reliably and on time.

You will support the accounting department, especially in the preparation of invoices and credit notes.

You maintain customer accounts, check open transactions and ensure that information is fully and comprehensibly documented.

You compile statistics, maintain reports, and thereby create transparency for internal decisions.

You handle customer inquiries and complaints in a service-oriented, reliable and solution-oriented manner.

You will handle written and telephone correspondence with customers and internal contacts.

You will take care of administrative tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail, appointment preparation, guest services and research activities.

You support the management and the team in day-to-day operations and actively contribute when processes can be improved.
