Your tasks:
Documentary handling of air freight shipments Documentary control, processing and control of export, import and transit flights Recording of shipment data in the GALAXY handling system Creating transport orders Coordination with the warehouse, transport companies and ground handling services Compliance with and review of the standards and procedures specified by the company and the customer Contact person for customers and other operational partners Active participation in suggestions for improvements to work processes Administrative and statistical activities
Your profile:
Commercial training or initial experience in the commercial sector Clean and well-groomed appearance as well as a friendly and open demeanor High customer focus and service orientation Confident use of PC skills, Word and Excel Resilience, reliability, diligence, communication skills and the ability to work in a team Suitable for rotating shifts and willingness
