To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a full-time, permanent HR Generalist (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Advice and support for managers and employees in all personnel-related issues and concerns

Support with labor and collective bargaining law issues

Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and references

Preparation and support with monthly payroll

Cooperation with authorities and social insurance providers

Creation of reports and statistics

Participation in HR projects and continuous optimization of processes

Your profile:

A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in combination with further training in human resources and at least 5 years of professional experience

Knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law is an advantage

Experience in working with works councils and knowledge of works constitution law is an advantage

High level of initiative, responsible and detail-oriented working style

Strong organizational and time management skills

Communication skills, diplomatic skills, teamwork skills and stress resistance

Confident use of MS Office, human resources management systems and open to new digital tools (e.g. AI)

Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken
